Are the systems in the catalogue already completed products?
The catalogue describes types of systems Jenga Tech can develop. Availability is shown on each listing; a catalogue entry does not by itself mean the system is already built or ready to deploy.
How much does a system cost?
Pricing depends on scope, integrations, data migration, hosting and support requirements. Submit a quotation request so the requirements can be reviewed.
How long does development take?
A delivery estimate depends on the agreed features, integrations, customer review and implementation needs. A timeline should be confirmed in the project proposal.
Can you add custom features?
Yes. Describe the required feature in the order or quotation form. The team can review its feasibility and include agreed work in the project scope.
Can you work with an existing website or application?
Send the website or system details and explain what you need changed. Existing-system work is assessed before scope and timing are confirmed.
How do you handle private information?
Only submit information needed for an enquiry. Do not send sensitive personal, financial or health records through the public forms. Any project data-handling requirements should be agreed before implementation.
